What you need to know
In order to prepare for your
event our videographers may need the following:
specific details of the audio
and video setup, such as connectors and cables to be used, special
lighting and power supply requirements, floor plan
tech session prior to the
event to discuss the above requirements and test technical setup and
connections to ensure a flawless video integration into your event
special placement for the
camera equipment and videographer during the event – we need to ensure
that the videographer has the best possible, non-obstructed view of the
main stage
for some events such as
concerts, the videographer will require a media pass to ensure access
to areas that he needs to cover, such as backstage and access to
interview performers/participants if required
