What you need to know
In order to prepare for your
event our videographers may need the following:

and video setup, such as connectors and cables to be used, special
lighting and power supply requirements, floor plan
tech session prior to the
event to discuss the above requirements and test technical setup and
connections to ensure a flawless video integration into your event
special placement for camera
equipment and videographer during the event – we need to ensure that
the videographer has the best possible, non-obstructed view of the main
stage.

Each project is unique and the
cost will depend on your special requirements.
